Baiyinhua No. 3 coal mine dry coal preparation plant, with a design capacity of 6.0mt/a, is built in an open pit, and it takes only 70 days from construction to operation. It is mainly used for the full size separation of residual coal and low calorific value coal in the pit. The calorific value of raw coal is 2958kcal / kg, and the calorific value of cleaned coal after separation is increased to 3524kcal / kg. Dry separation not only improves the calorific value of coal, but also reduces the stock of residual coal and reduces the risk of spontaneous combustion, which has brought huge economic and social benefits to the mine. It is also the largest underground dry coal preparation plant in the world.
