Baiyinhua Haizhou Open pit coal mine is located in an area with extremely cold temperature and water shortage. The minimum temperature in winter is - 42 ℃, and the freezing period is up to 5 months. The coal type is lignite, which is not suitable for the traditional water preparation process. In 2014, according to the characteristics of coal quality and climate, Shenzhou Group developed ZM series technical equipment to be used for areas with extremely cold temperature and water shortage, which completely solved the problem that the coal in this area cannot be separated and processed. After separation, the calorific value of clean coal increases by nearly 600kcal / kg and the total water decreases by 4%. The mine has successively introduced two sets of ZM systems, with a total processing capacity of 6.0mt/a.
