In order to fully recover oxidized coal, miscellaneous coal and other low-quality coal resources, Antaibao open pit coal mine introduced the ZM600 High-efficiency mineral separation system of Shenzhou Group in 2018 to build a dry coal preparation plant with a processing capacity of 3.0mt/a. The calorific value of the separated block cleaned coal is 4800kcal / kg as chemical coal and the final cleaned coal is 4200kcal / kg as power coal. While increasing the overall economic benefits, it greatly reduces the storage area of miscellaneous coal, reduces the transportation and drainage cost and eliminates the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion.
